Imagination allows you to be what you want to be; feel what you want to feel; and see what you want to see. Imagination is a flow of ideas and thoughts that creates a story through mental imagery. By empowering yourself to accept and trust yourself and to embrace your capacity for lasting change.
Imagine for just a moment walking in a field on a warm, beautiful, sunny, calm day, and a friend asked you to take a balloon ride with him. Would you do it? What feelings would this evoke? Fear? Anxiety? Happiness? or Joy?
